Castoroil naturally contains: Ricinoleic acid (primary fatty acid), oleic acid and linoleic acid. This gives the castor oil its thick texture and conditioning feel.

This oil is used for fortifying hair, nails and eye lashes. Known for boosting hair growth, it is also used for dry and devitalized hair, split ends and hair breakage.

Castor oil pairs well with most essential oils, especially with lavender, sweet orange, frankincense, geranium and peppermint

Use as a base oil (carrier oil) to dilute essential oils before topical use.

Because of its thick texture, blending with lighter oils (jojoba or sweet almond oil) may improve spreadability: Mix one part of castor oil with two parts of another carrier oil to dilute it.

Skin treatment:

Apply a small amount to desired area as needed.

Hair treatment:

Rub a small amount onto your scalp and let it sit for few minutes before washing it out.

Brow and lash conditioning:

Pour a small amount of castor oil into a cup or small bowl; dip the brush into the oil and let the excess drip off and run the brush over each eyebrow to coat the hair.

Nail and cuticle care:

Rub the castor oil on your nails twice daily.
